Returns

All returns must be in original packaging with tags attached and show no signs of wear or use.  Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.  Please contact us first at returns@mxthreadz.com, so that we may issue you a RA# to label your box.  We suggest that you ship your item via a relibale carrier and insure your package for the full retail value.  Mxthreadz.com is not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping.  All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.   All special orders are non-refundable.

Shipping/Order Fullfillment

• FREE SHIPPING   Applies only to orders in the lower 48. All orders under $149.99 will be charged a flat rate of $10 shipping and handling.  All orders are shipped standard UPS ground and usually ship within three business days.  Sometimes, unexpected manufacturer delays do occur and mxthreadz.com will notify you of any delay as soon as possible.  Due to high demand, items occasionally become "backordered."  Items that are backordered for 30 days or less will be shipped as soon as it is available.  Any item with an ETA of more than 30 days may be refunded or replaced at the customers discretion.    We apologize for any inconvienence, but the free shipping offer is only available for the lower 48 at this time.
• INTERNATIONAL ORDERS  International orders will ship via United States Postal Service and customer will pay all shipping and customs fees.  Please call us on our toll free number at 1-888-909-4669 to place your international order.
